Key Responsibilities
- Handle retail sales transactions including cash and fuel sales accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Perform stocking duties and support inventory management to keep the store well-supplied.
- Prepare food and adhere to food safety guidelines, including crafting customer favorites such as coffee.
- Engage with customers positively to provide excellent service and promote loyalty programs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn through provided training programs.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding customer service expectations.
- Ability to follow health codes and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Capable of multitasking in a physically active role involving bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $24.12, varying by location and subject to company policy. Compensation and benefits are subject to change and are not guaranteed until earned under company terms.
