Position Summary

The role of Staging Designer involves conceptualizing and executing elegant, market-aligned staging solutions for luxury homes and model units. This position merges creativity with operational oversight, requiring adeptness in managing projects end-to-end and collaborating smoothly with warehouse staff, movers, vendors, clients, and real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke staging concepts customized to the architecture, target market, and pricing of each property.
• Design furniture arrangements and styling schemes that enhance the home's attractiveness.
• Choose appropriate décor elements such as furnishings, artwork, wallpapers, draperies, rugs, lighting, and accessories from available inventory.
• Guarantee alignment with REH Interiors' luxury brand expectations in all projects.
• Keep updated on current staging trends, luxury design innovations, and buyer preferences.
• Lead and supervise the installation and removal processes of staging projects, directing warehouse teams and movers.
• Apply meticulous styling to each room focusing on detail, balance, proportion, and photo readiness.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve design or installation issues onsite as they arise.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to prepare and manage inventory for upcoming jobs.
• Inspect and maintain inventory, managing replacements for damaged or missing items.
• Accurately return inventory after installations and assist in upholding inventory quality.
• Engage professionally with homeowners, builders, developers, and Realtors, including staging consultations.
• Represent the firm with professionalism to inspire confidence and encourage repeat business.
• Simultaneously oversee several staging projects, coordinating schedules and ensuring deadlines while managing budgets and inventory usage.
• Support proposal preparation, documentation, and inventory management related to projects.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably holds a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in professional home staging is strongly preferred.
• Background in luxury residential interior design is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in concepts of scale, proportion, color, texture, and furniture placement.
• Excellent styling proficiency with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
• Adept at prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Resides within 20 miles of Boca Raton, Florida.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist during installations when necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Studio Designer, Stageforce, Odoo, or comparable project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Competence in design presentation platforms like Canva.
• Insight into luxury real estate market dynamics and buyer psychology.
