About the Role

As a staff nurse, you will be essential in delivering empathetic, high-quality nursing care, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to execute tailored treatment plans. This role emphasizes supporting patients holistically throughout their recovery journey while cultivating a nurturing and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing advice, care, and support to patients with mental and physical health conditions, as well as to their carers within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions, maintaining awareness of local and national policies and legislation that influence service delivery.
• Identify and contribute to the educational needs of junior registered and unregistered staff, promoting equality, diversity, and rights in accordance with legislation and best practice.
• Ensure clear communication pathways are maintained and assume management responsibilities during shifts in the absence of the Ward Manager or designated deputy.
