About the Role
CareChoice is seeking registered staff nurses for its nursing homes across Munster. The organisation has been building its presence in the nursing home sector for more than 20 years and is working toward being recognised as one of Ireland’s most trusted and respected nursing home brands. This position offers the chance to grow professionally in a supportive setting alongside an experienced healthcare team in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of resident care and support quality-of-care practices.
- Oversee the daily work of care and nursing staff.
- Help plan and coordinate resident activities.
- Carry out duties in line with HIQA requirements and regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Strong clinical judgement, leadership ability, and organisational skills are essential.
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills are required.
