About the Role
This position is with Aditya Birla Capital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role focuses on retail sales execution, market coverage, customer relationship management, and reporting support for branch or area-level business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Area Sales Manager for ABHFL to plan and execute sales activities aimed at meeting targets, including cross-sell goals, while factoring in market competition and local business trends.
- Regularly review the local market and competitor offerings so sales actions can be adjusted based on current conditions.
- Prepare and share periodic MIS updates covering disbursements, NPAs, target progress, and similar performance metrics.
- Manage the assigned prospect pool for lead generation, client relationship building, and ongoing account maintenance, including coordination with on-ground client stakeholders.
- Explain product features and customer benefits clearly to improve the effectiveness of sales interactions and conversions.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate serious issues to the Area Sales Manager - ABHFL when needed.
