Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge, scalable technology solutions within the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy division. This role focuses on architecting solutions that support vital corporate functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

You will work closely with business units to develop solutions that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and align with Riyadh Air's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to gather business requirements, translating these into effective technical solutions, performing solution assessments, managing risk evaluations, and ensuring technical validation throughout project execution.

Collaboration with various Enterprise Architecture teams—including data, infrastructure, and security—is essential to guarantee solution compliance with established standards and recommendations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and brings a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing architectural roadmaps and operational frameworks across Technology, Application, and Data layers for complex, high-availability systems encompassing Web, Mobile, and ERP platforms.

At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, specializing in ERP application architecture and integrations within diverse IT ecosystems, is required. Preferred qualifications include TOGAF and SAFe (Architect) certifications.

Expertise in cloud architecture or the design and development of cloud-native ERP applications, particularly Oracle ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is highly desirable.
