- Collaborate closely with product management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to convert complex business needs into technical implementations.
- Support platform architecture evolution and modernization using cloud technologies, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Provide mentorship and advocate for best engineering practices across distributed teams.
Goals
- Develop reliable, scalable full-stack solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.
- Deliver new functionality, integrations, and continuous platform improvements aligned with P&C insurance applications.
- Contribute actively to the platform’s modernization efforts and architectural growth.
- Coach and guide fellow engineers to improve team performance and code quality.
Qualifications
- Between 4 and 7+ years of experience in developing large-scale enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Practical experience with Policy Administration systems such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or Majesco.
- Hands-on experience in full stack development involving both frontend and backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, Java, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, React or Angular, JavaScript, and database technologies like SQL Server and Postgres.
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, micro frontends, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and integration approaches.
- Experience connecting enterprise systems with external P&C data providers.
- Familiarity with AWS or comparable cloud services for platform deployment.
Eligibility
The position is open to candidates holding any graduate degree.
