Role Overview
We are seeking platform engineers to advance our next-generation machine learning platform that combines unsupervised and supervised learning algorithms. This role is pivotal in enhancing core detection algorithms and automating the complete training workflow. Given the rise of sophisticated fraud strategies, our platform team focuses on creating architectures for real-time unsupervised machine learning detection. Key Responsibilities
- Engineer machine learning systems processing data from some of the largest consumer service platforms globally.
- Apply unsupervised, supervised, and deep learning techniques to identify fraudulent activities and offenders.
- Develop and refine systems, tools, and validation methods to enable new feature integration.
- Design and implement distributed real-time system components and features.
- Utilize big data frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, HBase, and Cassandra to construct scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Create new functionalities atop real-time streaming platforms such as Kafka and Flink.
Qualifications
- Between 1 to 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficient in Java, Shell scripting, and Python with 1 to 5 years of professional use.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Cassandra, HBase, Flink, Spark, or Kafka is preferred.
- Experience with the Spring Framework is beneficial.
- Knowledge of test-driven development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing multithreaded applications.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CUDA development is advantageous.
