Role overview
This position focuses on shaping and running social media activity that strengthens brand visibility, drives audience engagement, and supports community growth across major platforms.
What you will do
- Plan and roll out social media strategies designed to boost awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Produce, curate, and oversee platform-specific content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and similar networks.
- Track social trends, audience patterns, and competitor activity to improve content outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, design, and content teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain content calendars, coordinate campaign timelines, and monitor important performance indicators.
- Interact with followers, handle questions, and help nurture a healthy online community.
- Compile monthly performance updates and share practical recommendations based on analytics.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- Prior professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and evolving content formats.
- Strong ability in writing, storytelling, and clear communication.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- A creative eye, with strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
