About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Intern who will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility, boosting interaction, and supporting sales growth through social media and influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Instagram content, including posts, reels, and stories.
- Craft captions and marketing messages that reflect the brand’s identity.
- Engage with customers by responding to direct messages and comments.
- Identify relevant influencers and coordinate partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and sales conversions.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns and growth plans.
- Assist with photoshoot organization and content planning.
- Ensure the brand’s visual style is consistent, preferably with knowledge of fashion or kidswear sectors.
Candidate Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of social media marketing practices.
- Preferred skills in video editing for creating reels and short videos.
- Strong creativity and enthusiasm for fashion or kidswear branding.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is advantageous but not required.
- Availability to work onsite at the office for at least three days per week.
Compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between 5000 to 13000 INR.
