Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who combines creativity with analytical skills to enhance and manage our social media footprint on TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). This role involves content creation, scheduling, performance analysis, and community engagement to connect with and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and schedule captivating content for TikTok, Instagram, and X platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports campaign goals and new product rollouts.
• Keep track of user engagement, stay updated on trends, and adapt to platform changes to boost effectiveness.
• Use social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic adjustments.
• Engage directly with followers by responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Strong ability to create engaging short-form videos and dynamic social content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• A creative approach combined with trend awareness and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experience in the cannabis industry, lifestyle brands, or youth markets is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $69,000 to $79,000.
