Social Media Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to work on-site in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will shape and manage social content that keeps audiences engaged while supporting the wider marketing direction and brand voice.

What you will do

• Create and oversee social media content that is engaging, relevant, and consistent with the brand.
• Plan and execute social media strategies that support marketing objectives.
• Write clear, persuasive captions and post copy for different social channels.
• Track activity across social platforms and keep an eye on audience response.
• Review performance data to understand what is working and improve engagement.
• Make sure all social communication matches the company’s marketing goals and tone of voice.
• Work closely with other team members to keep digital marketing efforts aligned.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience with social media content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Background in digital marketing campaigns and strategy development.
• Ability to read social media metrics and use insights to improve performance.
• Comfort using social media management tools and platform dashboards.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related subject is an added advantage.
