Our app highlights the hidden, unusual, and authentic spots that make a city feel personalized to its inhabitants. Currently active in multiple European cities including Milan, Florence, Berlin, London, Madrid, and Zurich.

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative individual to define and own our TikTok presence, bringing fresh ideas, personal style, and engaging hooks. You will produce approximately 4 short videos weekly, capturing footage around Milan and editing content for other cities. This position offers paid project-based freelance work with part-time hours, allowing expansive creative freedom. Content must showcase genuine places people can visit, avoiding generic or corporate-style posts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess originality and a distinct point of view with creative ideas.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, understanding hooks and audience retention.
• Actively post on a TikTok account you manage.
• Proficient and speedy with video editing tools such as CapCut or equivalents.
• Reside in Milan with the ability to film on location.
• Capable of taking full ownership of creative content while collaborating with the team on strategy.
