Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative Social & Content Lead to amplify Fetch's presence and influence across social media. This role involves complete ownership of organic short-form video content, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and analyzing performance on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The content must resonate as native feed experiences rather than traditional branded posts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, follow-worthy content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts that drives genuine audience interaction.
• Develop consistent, repeatable content series that build audience momentum rather than sporadic posts.
• Maintain a keen awareness of emerging trends to decide which Fetch should adopt, modify, or bypass.
• Generate compelling hooks and content variants that also enhance paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and company founders.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience creating short-form content in-house, agency, or as a creator, with demonstrable success in growing channels with real engagement.
• Proficient in shooting and editing videos independently utilizing tools like iPhone or mirrorless cameras and software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalents prioritizing speed.
• Strong written communication skills for hooks, scripts, and captions.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools including Higgsfield, Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Claude, with good judgment on when to customize content manually.
• Personal content channel or audience is a plus.
• Personality traits: humorous, perceptive, courageous, idea-driven, open to feedback, and passionate about pets and their owners.
