Job Responsibilities
The Site Operations Coordinator will balance front office duties and facility maintenance tasks, providing administrative support, guest services, and upkeep of the property. Key duties include:
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Welcoming residents with a friendly and professional demeanor, promptly addressing inquiries such as meal schedules and local points of interest.
- Accurately processing guest registrations using property management software and managing check-ins and check-outs.
- Issuing and keeping track of room keys and facilitating communication by handling guest messages and mail delivery.
- Performing errands related to camp operations and ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and comfortable.
- Maintaining office organization and professionalism, coordinating facility repairs, and ensuring smooth communication with staff and guests.
- Conducting general maintenance, repairs, light electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and upkeep of the property’s appearance, including landscaping, painting, pressure washing, and waste collection.
- Logging maintenance activities thoroughly and assisting the Camp Manager by reporting deficiencies and disturbances.
- Performing routine property inspections and responding promptly to calls and operational needs.
- Completing additional duties as assigned to support the site’s operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively handling requests and conflicts with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Physical capability to stand and move throughout the worksite and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems related to property management.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to schedule changes, including outside normal hours and rotations.
- Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods if required.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
