Position Overview
Greville Consulting is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join their Adelaide team in a permanent full-time role. This opportunity offers more than just technical responsibilities; it provides stable employment with the chance to work on a variety of short and medium-term major infrastructure projects.
Role Highlights
- Work across multiple projects involving different contractors and teams, gaining valuable experience beyond traditional project roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Be proactive and adaptable, taking ownership from day one and integrating swiftly into diverse project environments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- At least two years of hands-on experience delivering major infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Confidence and adaptability to effectively manage responsibilities and contribute from the start.
