Overview
This role involves being part of the Operations Team delivering water mains renewal projects throughout Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, and Lancashire. Based on-site in Worsley, the coordinator will be responsible for operating water valves to facilitate shut off procedures in alignment with scheduled programs.
Primary Duties
- Execute valve shut offs following established risk assessment protocols.
- Perform comprehensive valve assessments before the start of each scheme.
- Assist with customer carding when required as part of the shut off team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with onsite operations teams and key customer stakeholders.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the water industry.
- Experience in water rehabilitation is advantageous.
- Possession of NRSWA accreditation.
- Training in CALM network procedures.
- Valid driving licence valid in the UK.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £33,500 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package provided.
