Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assess customers' needs and suggest appropriate car care treatments and products.
- Promote and sell a variety of services including Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Interior and Exterior Detailing, Car Spa, and other vehicle beautification options.
- Lead and inspire the sales team in the showroom to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service to maintain a premium showroom experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and effectively resolve complaints to uphold satisfaction.
- Compile and analyze sales reports daily to monitor showroom performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in automobile showroom sales or car care service sectors.
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives.
- Familiarity with Ceramic Coating, PPF, and car detailing services is advantageous.
