Job Overview
Talentara Business Solutions Private Limited is seeking dedicated candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive within the retail electronics sector, specifically representing the Motorola brand.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage in retail sales activities involving electronic products.
- Effectively communicate with customers to support product sales.
- Manage customer interactions and provide a positive service experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: 10th standard, 12th standard, or any degree holders are eligible.
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but all sales candidates can apply.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and product selling techniques.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 16,000 and 20,000 INR, with additional incentives.
- Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and insurance coverage.
- Salary is negotiable for candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience.
Work Locations
Multiple locations are available including Mudichur, Kolathur, Peravallur, Pondi Bazaar, Thiruvanmiyur, Anna Nagar, Kumananchavadi, Purasaivakkam, Sriperumbudur, Tambaram, MR Nagar, Manali, Perumbakkam, and Urapakkam.
