Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations ensuring adherence to quality standards for beverages, food, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Coach and prepare food and beverage items according to standardized or customized recipes, adapting for special customer requests or ingredient substitutions.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks effectively among two or more employees, ensuring smooth store functioning.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance, demonstrating reliability with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of six months’ experience involving continuous customer interaction and service.
• At least six months' experience in supervising or coordinating work among multiple employees.
• Strong leadership abilities to direct team members efficiently.
• Quick learning aptitude paired with excellent oral communication.
• Familiarity with retail environments and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships within a team.
