Role Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves both development and administrative tasks related to the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with various external systems and tools, leveraging scripting and API technologies.
- Develop and administer ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, and other ServiceNow scripting techniques.
- Work with MID Server and utilize REST/SOAP APIs for external communication.
- Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD modules within ServiceNow.
- Participate in agile software development processes such as Scrum.
- Enable CMDB integrations with systems like SCCM and Solarwinds.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API specific to ServiceNow development.
- Experience working with MID Server and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD frameworks and modules.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CMDB integrations involving SCCM and Solarwinds tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization or a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering degree in any field.
