About the Role
A prominent engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Manager to oversee their maintenance and service operations. The position is based in Al Madinah and involves managing substantial maintenance contracts and client relations.

The role demands proficient leadership of sizable teams and robust contract and operations oversight, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and possess 8 to 10 years of pertinent experience in maintenance or service operations. Experience leading teams ranging from 15 to 40 members is essential. Fluency in both Arabic and English is advantageous, as well as being resident in Saudi Arabia. Prior involvement with contracts related to passenger boarding bridges, airport systems, and ground support equipment such as PCR and VDGS is preferred.
