About EVS Electric Vehicle Services
EVS Electric Vehicle Services is rapidly expanding its presence across the UAE, seeking dedicated Service Managers to lead daily operations at key branches.
Role Overview
We are hiring multiple Service Managers to oversee all aspects of branch operations, managing both service counters and workshop floors. This role demands a confident leader who can maintain smooth workflow, enforce accountability, and achieve business goals without excuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate front-of-house personnel including Service Advisors and Receptionists, as well as workshop employees such as Foremen, Technicians, and support staff to ensure efficiency and alignment.
- Manage workshop job bays and yard operations to optimize throughput, avoiding delays and minimizing vehicles waiting outside.
- Ensure strict adherence to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic protocols, software flashing methods, and proper EV repair procedures to guarantee first-time fix quality.
- Monitor performance metrics like technician productivity, labor hours billed, turnaround times, and branch targets, while reducing customer rework incidences.
- Personally handle high priority customer concerns, vehicle handovers, and complex complaints, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and maintaining workshop operations effectively.
- Experience spanning 5 to 8+ years managing automotive workshops within UAE dealerships or service centers.
- Educational background comprising a degree or diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, combined with a solid grasp of contemporary vehicle diagnostics; electric vehicle experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Arabic is a beneficial addition.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly salary starting at AED 15,000 (all-inclusive). Branch location to be determined within the UAE.
