About the Role
PVR INOX is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Entertainment Service Provider (ESP), also known as Service Associate. This role involves delivering excellent customer service within the cinema environment.
Compensation and Work Hours
- CTC Salary stands at ₹22,500 per month
- Take-home pay ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹18,300 after ESI and PF deductions
- Work shifts include Morning (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and Evening (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
Work Schedule and Leave
- Saturday and Sunday are designated working days
- One weekday off can be taken during the week, other than Saturday or Sunday
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be aged between 18 and 27 years.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist cinema customers
- Verify tickets and guide patrons to their screening halls
- Support operations at food and beverage counters including popcorn, snacks, and drinks
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in lobby and auditorium areas
- Address and resolve simple customer questions and complaints
- Help manage crowd control during movie screenings
- Adhere to company safety and service guidelines
- Operate cash/POS billing systems when assigned
