Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized station before, during, and after shifts.
• Warmly greet guests, communicate specials and promotions to enhance their dining experience.
• Use the Point of Sale system to accurately input customer orders for kitchen processing.
• Confirm order correctness upon receipt from the kitchen and serve guests accordingly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal to ensure a positive experience.
• Strictly comply with all laws and company policies concerning the service of alcoholic beverages, particularly regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Collaborate positively within the team, demonstrating a proactive selling approach rather than simply taking orders.
• Pay close attention to detail, upholding company standards and quality guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations continuously.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of one year previous experience in serving is preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Possess a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Capable of standing, walking, and carrying food trays for long durations.
• Strong organizational skills, cleanliness, and a sense of urgency in task completion.
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
