Role Overview
Join VR Elite as an SEO Specialist focusing on enhancing organic traffic and visibility in the fashion and sportswear eCommerce sector. This role requires developing comprehensive SEO strategies, conducting thorough keyword research, and executing technical optimizations tailored to apparel and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and website visits.
- Conduct detailed keyword analyses with emphasis on fashion, sportswear, apparel, and eCommerce market trends.
- Optimize various website segments including category, product, collection, blog, and landing pages for maximum SEO impact.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix indexing, crawling, or site speed issues for better performance.
- Enhance Core Web Vitals and overall website loading speed to improve user experience and search rankings.
- Manage on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and content optimizations.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor website metrics and diagnose SEO opportunities.
- Develop and implement SEO content strategies for blogs, buying guides, and current fashion trend pages.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated.
- Analyze competitor SEO tactics regularly to spot growth potentials and stay competitive.
- Produce periodic SEO performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage backlink profiling and engage in ethical link-building activities to improve domain authority.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated SEO experience within eCommerce platforms or fashion-related brands.
- Strong command of technical SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built eCommerce systems.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and keyword monitoring tools.
- Sound knowledge of SEO content strategy including user intent analysis.
- Familiar with the importance of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first design practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as they relate to SEO-friendly website structure.
- Capability to interpret and act upon website traffic data to drive conversion-centric SEO improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in fashion, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
- Understanding of international SEO methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and performance marketing concepts is preferred.
