Senior Zoho Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Zoho Developer who will oversee complete Zoho product implementations and drive automation across various departments within the organization. This role is based in Bangalore and requires working from the office. Candidates should have a BE, M.Tech, or MCA degree with experience ranging from 4 to 7 years in Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Zoho implementation projects, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop tailored solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics according to business needs.
• Create and optimize advanced workflows, write Deluge scripts, and design custom functions to automate processes.
• Design custom widgets and integrate third-party APIs effectively.
• Improve existing Zoho setups and resolve complex technical problems swiftly.
• Convert business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and perform well.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous automation and process improvements.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Zoho development.
• Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
• Advanced expertise in Deluge scripting for custom functions and workflows.
• Experience with REST API integrations, Webhooks, and connecting third-party systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Zoho Flow for process automation.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade automation projects spanning multiple departments.
• Background in mentoring or leading teams.
• Proven record of handling large-scale Zoho implementation projects efficiently.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in dynamic environments.
