Job Overview
Join Incedo, a US-based consulting, analytics, and technology services firm specializing in digital transformation across sectors like Financial Services, Telecom, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Product Engineering. We blend strong engineering, data science, and design expertise with deep domain knowledge to maximize business impacts from emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and actively contribute as a stakeholder in application architecture, design, design reviews, coding, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Analyze customer issue logs, examine backend and frontend codebases, and perform relevant testing to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Java and React JS (minimum 3 years) to efficiently fix and debug issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex cloud application problems, leveraging in-depth understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.
- Lead incident management by overseeing resolution of critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and user impact.
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses for recurring problems, implement preventive strategies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Develop and utilize automation scripts and tools to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and minimize manual intervention in issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers about ongoing issue resolution and collaborate on preventive measures.
- Support the High Performance, Scalable, Robust, and Secure Common SaaS Framework built on AWS/OCP infrastructure, which enables customer provisioning, upgrades, and monitoring of network functions in carrier-grade enterprise and telecom networks.
- Ensure system and application security by adhering to compliance requirements and best practices for data protection.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (development, QA, operations) and external stakeholders, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement; gather requirements from client teams.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues both internally and in production deployments.
