Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Architect will lead the design, strategic direction, and governance of Nitro’s end-to-end quote-to-cash and revenue operation platforms. This leadership role focuses on technical authority across Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee, and NetSuite, responsible for integration design, data flow, and platform standards. Collaborations will span Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive architecture covering Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Chargebee, and NetSuite to support scalable and auditable revenue processes aligned with business growth.
• Lead the Salesforce CPQ solution design covering product catalogues, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle management, as well as govern integrations with Chargebee for subscription billing and revenue recognition.
• Architect and supervise bi-directional integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite ensuring smooth operations of quoting, invoicing, provisioning, and financial reconciliation with consistent and auditable data.
• Oversee API strategy and middleware architecture for connectivity among Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite; manage data migration, master data governance, and integration standards.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and release management processes across all Salesforce streams, promoting configuration-first development and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership as the highest Salesforce expert, mentoring teams, conducting design assessments, and resolving intricate system challenges.
• Collaborate with company leadership in Revenue Operations, Finance, and Commercial to align technology roadmaps with strategic business goals, effectively communicating technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development, administration, and architectural roles.
• Proficient in Salesforce CPQ functionalities including product rules, pricing logic, quote-to-order, contract administration, and contract amendments.
• Skilled in designing and integrating systems such as Chargebee and NetSuite.
• Advanced expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CPQ Specialist certification, or actively pursuing CTA certification.
• A proven record delivering complex, large-scale multi-system revenue platforms within enterprise settings.
