Role overview
Kinara Group is supporting the search for an international healthcare technology organization that is growing its product management function and wants to hire a Senior Product Manager. The role focuses on shaping the future of an AI-driven digital pathology portfolio and helping turn it into commercial success across Europe.
This is a highly strategic, customer-facing position. You will work closely with product, software, engineering, scientific, and commercial colleagues to build solutions that improve pathology and diagnostic workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Set the long-range product direction and commercial strategy for AI-enabled digital pathology offerings.
- Partner with technical, scientific, and business stakeholders to decide which product improvements should be prioritized.
- Spot new market opportunities by engaging customers, tracking industry movement, and reviewing the competitive landscape.
- Take new product concepts from early-stage development through to successful adoption in the market.
- Create clear product messaging, positioning, and launch plans for commercial rollout.
- Work with customers, external specialists, and partners to help define future product capabilities.
- Track product and portfolio performance and look for ways to improve and expand the offering over time.
Requirements
- Background in product management within digital pathology, AI healthcare, medical software, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Hands-on experience managing software or AI-based healthcare products across the full product lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of pathology processes, laboratory diagnostics, or digital health technology.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of supporting adoption and driving market growth.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, software, commercial, and scientific areas.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
