Role overview
In this position, you will take ownership of payroll processing and related personnel administration tasks within a growing organisation. The role centres on accurate payroll execution, compliance, and being a dependable point of contact for employee queries and official communications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and run monthly payroll and salary calculations.
- Handle notifications and submissions to social insurance institutions and communicate with public authorities.
- Serve as the main contact for questions related to payroll and salary administration.
- Resolve issues connected to wage tax and social security law.
- Carry out general HR administration tasks.
- Create analyses, reports, and payroll-related evaluations.
Candidate profile
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in payroll and salary accounting.
- Sound knowledge of social security regulations and wage tax law.
- Strong analytical ability and a high affinity for working with numbers.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- A service-minded, careful, and reliable working style.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience with Hansalog software is an advantage.
