Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Irish payroll process from start to finish.
• Provide support for payroll activities across various international territories.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll service providers.
• Conduct thorough reviews of payroll outputs and address complex payroll inquiries effectively.
• Work in partnership with HR and Finance teams to guarantee payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Drive ongoing enhancements in payroll workflows and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong expertise specifically in Irish payroll regulations and systems.
• Prior involvement with UK and/or other international payrolls is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
