Role Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be to achieve operational excellence across designated cities. This includes selecting and training new partners and enhancing the quality of existing partners. The role demands hands-on operations management.
• You will lead strategic growth projects within the category that focus on enhancing service quality and innovation of offerings over time.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid and seamless execution of initiatives.
• You will be entrusted with ownership of the assigned business segment and have significant influence over its development.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy-related roles.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects with the ability to influence outcomes.
• A strong work ethic complemented by smart problem-solving skills.
