Overview
This role is for a Senior Manager of Brand, Social, and Creators based in Ireland, working with a partner company. The position centers on developing and implementing impactful brand storytelling and social media strategies to build strong connections with European audiences. It involves managing creator partnerships and executing brand campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global brand directives into localized social and creator strategies tailored for European markets, ensuring engaging campaigns, content, and collaborations.
- Oversee daily management of relationships with creators and influencers, including discovery, outreach, briefing, coordination, contract assistance, and monitoring performances.
- Create and manage content across social platforms like X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn, maintaining consistent brand messaging and identity.
- Develop content approaches that blend evergreen narratives with timely cultural trends and community engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and regional teams to support brand campaigns that meet effectiveness and local regulatory standards.
- Lead workflows and coordinate efforts involving junior staff, freelancers, and external agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Track social engagement and campaign outcomes, utilizing analytics and insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Foster genuine connections with online communities and creators while keeping abreast of emerging digital trends, platforms, and cultural shifts.
- Participate in livestreams, community events, and other interactive activities to deepen brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, creator or influencer marketing, preferably within fast-evolving industries like crypto, fintech, or technology.
- Deep knowledge of the European social media landscape, regional audience behaviors, and platform trends.
- Proven track record managing creator partnerships end-to-end including outreach, execution, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience growing brand visibility on major social platforms through compelling content strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different markets and audiences.
- Excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
- Creative with strong brand sensibility, cultural awareness, and attention to storytelling tone and visual consistency.
- Competent in leveraging performance data and analytics to steer campaign decisions.
- Preferred but not required: familiarity with crypto, Web3, digital assets, and online community dynamics.
- Self-driven with an ownership mindset, curiosity, flexibility, and ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Additional experience with livestreaming, community event participation, photography, video editing, or content creation is advantageous.
- Multilingual ability in major European languages and an existing network within creator communities is a plus.
