As a Senior Interior Designer based in Bengaluru, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs and translating them into functional and aesthetic spaces that align with current design trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales funnel and ensure successful sales closures.
• Oversee the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the creation and maintain high standards of design deliverables.
• Handle end-to-end project management, from concept to execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer with leadership on 5 to 6 turnkey residential projects.
• Excellent proficiency with design software tools including AutoCAD and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong expertise in conceptual design aspects such as layouts, styles, and mood boards.
• Technical competency in material knowledge, execution, and preparation of detailed drawings.
• Experience in modular design covering aesthetics, material selection, and module planning.
• Familiarity with civil works and service specifications including installation protocols.
• Capability in preparing Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
• Proven skills in driving sales meetings and closing deals through logical and trustworthy pitches.
• Possess behavioral strengths including result orientation, teamwork, ethical standards, and clear communication.
• Strong motivation to learn and lead performance across independent team members.

Eligibility and Education

Minimum academic qualification is either a diploma in any specialization or a graduate degree.
