Role Overview
We are seeking experienced senior infra, cloud, or DevOps engineers to participate in a paid remote AI training initiative centered on Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Your role involves crafting realistic engineer-style prompts, setting up local AWS environment mocks, and developing high-quality solutions with passing automated tests. This position offers flexible, remote engagement perfect for senior professionals desiring asynchronous project-based involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create natural language task prompts that resemble authentic engineering tickets with appropriate ambiguity and professional context to train AI for handling real-world infrastructure challenges.
- Install and configure LocalStack sandboxes to simulate AWS environments for testing infrastructure tasks.
- Develop initial infrastructure states and master solutions with successful automated end-to-end testing.
- Maintain a stringent quality standard to ensure task clarity and effectiveness, rejecting oversimplified or poorly structured assignments.
- Assess AI-generated responses to infrastructure queries by selecting the correct answers among options.
- Compose simple foundational prompts for AI model enhancement.
Experience and Skills
- Proven senior-level experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code platforms, primarily AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; familiarity with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
- Strong scripting and testing skills using at least one language such as TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Excellent written English communication skills following formal style guidelines to convey complex technical information clearly.

Compensation and Benefits
- Earn up to 50 USD per hour with additional performance-based incentives; rates vary depending on expertise and project needs.
- Payments are processed through PayPal and AirTM.
