Sonae Sierra is expanding its People & Culture presence in Germany and is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Manager to lead the local HR agenda. This pivotal position acts as the primary People & Culture partner for the company's German operations, responsible for aligning HR strategies with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of HR strategy and operations in Germany.
• Combining in-depth knowledge of German labor laws with a solid understanding of business requirements.
• Adapting global People & Culture initiatives into effective local practices.
• Collaborating closely with executives and stakeholders within a genuinely international setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably over 10 years.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English communication skills.
• Located in or around Düsseldorf, Germany.
