Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexibility to work across various time zones including Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The Senior Graphic Designer will produce impactful, ready-for-production visuals spanning branding, digital marketing, social media, and product design projects. Close collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential to fully capture project needs and deliver innovative, high-quality creative work that strengthens visual identity and digital presence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proficient English communication skills for seamless collaboration.
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously in a remote work setup is advantageous.
• Proactive, detail-focused with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics tailored for digital platforms including websites, social media, email, and mobile apps.
• Work closely with clients and teams to understand goals, brand standards, and audience demographics.
• Develop and refine creative concepts ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Handle multiple projects effectively, respecting deadlines and budget limits.
• Ensure visual style and branding consistency across all materials.

• Offer coaching and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
