Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and digitalization initiatives throughout manufacturing processes, overseeing projects from initial concept to standardized application, including cost-benefit analyses and concept development.
- Set, monitor, and manage key performance indicators related to innovation and digital transformation.
- Head expertise in E-Check technology innovations, including technical advancements, testing standards, and development of new E-Check technologies.
- Manage strategic projects involving international and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across regional plants and support locally initiated projects.
- Assist program and sales teams with innovation-focused tasks such as acquisitions and greenfield projects.
- Lead and contribute to projects in advanced manufacturing, automation, and innovation.
- Establish and drive the Innovation Center in China, coordinating with the respective regional teams.
- Support the definition and ongoing development of the global innovation strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Eight to ten years of experience managing innovation projects within the automotive or logistics manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in artificial intelligence, automation, digital tools, and planning software.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Effective communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights for varied stakeholders.
- A cooperative team player who excels in fast-moving, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
