Role Summary
The Senior Executive - Facilities is responsible for managing everyday operations to guarantee 99.9% facility uptime across all Cult, FF, and other formats. This role entails quick resolution of facility-related issues, implementing robust systems and procedures, ensuring cost-effective service delivery, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to continuously support operations efficiently and within budget.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily facilities operations ensuring operational uptime of 99.9% across locations.
- Promptly resolve facility tickets raised by center operations, audits, or quality teams through various ticketing platforms involving facilities, center launches, and other deliverables.
- Establish and implement systems and processes to maintain facilities support uptime as per the allocated budget.
- Ensure all facility support services are delivered within budget, seek and introduce annual cost-saving initiatives, and closely monitor budget vs actual expenses.
- Manage vendor partnerships along with appointed SPOCs, ensuring 100% uptime of services and develop backup vendors to handle emergencies. Source and assess suitable vendors for day-to-day maintenance at all centers.
- Protect assets by conducting specific equipment and machine testing with the support of AMC and preventive maintenance teams focusing on business continuity.
- Plan and supervise all facility refresh and facelift projects ensuring timely execution.
- Perform quality audits on vendor workmanship and materials, highlighting areas for improvement and their benefits.
- Maintain accurate data and MIS reports related to facilities across regions, including provisions, preventive maintenance schedules, cost tracking, and budget comparisons.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities through regular inspections, ensuring all processes run smoothly with zero downtime.
