Job Summary

This position suits experienced software engineers passionate about crafting scalable, high-performance applications within a collaborative setting. The role involves designing, developing, and refining software solutions using Microsoft technologies like Azure, .NET, and C#, alongside modern frontend tools. Candidates with B2B SaaS experience and a track record of delivering resilient enterprise software are ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individual programs based on detailed requirements and technical specs.
• Interpret business and technical documentation; report and analyze defects.
• Create, document, implement, and maintain technical documentation and testing artifacts timely.
• Design, develop, modify, debug, document, and test various applications.
• Ensure thorough testing of solutions for successful implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge.
• Produce clean, maintainable, efficient, high-performance, and secure code and specifications.
• Support the team through design and code reviews to uphold best practices.
• Troubleshoot development and production environments; optimize code performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies, quality standards, and design guidelines.
• Apply modern architecture and software design patterns emphasizing robustness, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to enhancing development processes.
• Take accountability for timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience with .NET development, preferably in C#.
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core development.
• Strong T-SQL skills and solid relational database design experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of TypeScript, JQuery, JavaScript, and React.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps tools.
• Ability to establish productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Effective communication skills to influence, collaborate, and resolve technical issues at all levels.
• Experience with unit, functional, and API testing using tools like xUnit, FluentAssertions, and Postman.
• Competence in performance tuning for C# code and databases.
• Self-driven, proactive, adaptable with strong problem-solving focus.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary qualification or extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET and C# development.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Sprint software development methodologies.
