Role Overview
Indus Valley Partners is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in ETL and data engineering. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and warehouse solutions tailored to meet business needs, particularly in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions based on dimensional modeling techniques.
- Develop, optimize, and debug complex queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
- Maintain high data quality standards, platform availability, and system performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to convert financial requirements into technical data solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 4 years professional experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer.
- Advanced expertise with SQL Server.
- Extensive experience in ETL development processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data warehousing architecture and schema design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or strong understanding of Capital Markets and Finance sectors is a significant advantage.
