Overview

Rooftop Twenty Two is seeking a Senior Designer based in Greater Dublin to spearhead brand and digital projects, including identity systems, websites, and campaigns. This role is hands-on and involves mentoring team members while maintaining a high creative standard across the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire design process for brand identities, digital platforms, and advertising campaigns.
Maintain and enforce the creative quality across all studio outputs.
Confidently present and justify design concepts and solutions directly to clients.
Oversee and direct photography, video, and content production activities in collaboration with the production team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in brand and digital design, preferably within an agency environment.
An impressive portfolio showcasing both identity and digital design projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Strong skills in typography, layouts, and art direction.
Ability to effectively communicate and defend creative decisions with clients.

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience or skills in motion design and video editing.
Familiarity with web development collaboration to ensure design feasibility.
A strategic perspective on brand, beyond just execution.
