Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Designer to lead and shape the visual design aspects across Eightcap's digital platforms. This role involves working closely with Copywriters, Digital and Motion Graphics Designers within a small, energetic Creative Team, guided by the Creative Lead. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering visually striking designs, spanning advertising campaigns, websites, client interaction points, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from early concepts through to completion producing advertising campaigns, websites, landing pages, digital banners, social media content, internal communications, and promotional materials with high standards and alignment to brand guidelines.
• Serve as the lead design expert for marketing initiatives, creating concepts that clearly communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.
• Keep abreast of current industry trends, pioneering design methods, and emerging AI technologies, implementing these to enhance brand presentation and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of our Figma workspace and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all Eightcap brands.
• Mentor junior designers, nurturing a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional development.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over seven years of solid experience in digital graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating effective, creative digital campaigns.
• Expert user of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in designing websites and landing pages, with an in-depth understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance creative workflows and produce assets.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to achieve project goals.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at maintaining brand consistency across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Passion for creative excellence and innovation within design practice.
• Skills in video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
