Role overview
The senior data analyst will shape Xiaomi’s business measurement approach by building a clear metric framework, tracking performance across key areas, and turning data into actionable insights for growth and product decisions in Singapore.
What you will do
- Create layered business metrics covering users, traffic, conversions, and revenue, then define the primary North Star metric for the business.
- Develop dashboards and reports that address the majority of routine daily data requests and decision-making needs.
- Track core performance data every day, investigate abnormalities, and design smarter monitoring systems to surface issues faster.
- Use data to support user acquisition and engagement strategy by measuring behavior patterns and highlighting growth opportunities.
- Run and evaluate A/B tests to improve app experiences, strengthen traffic funnels, and increase user lifetime value.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a senior data analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Quick BI, and other data analysis or reporting tools.
- Solid capability in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis.
- Comfort working with large datasets and producing detailed, well-structured reports.
- Strong analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Clear communication skills, especially when simplifying complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English for collaboration with stakeholders across multiple markets.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore, Singapore. The role focuses on analytics-driven business growth, monitoring, experimentation, and cross-market communication.
