Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting a complex financial crime transformation program by facilitating requirements gathering, documenting processes, and engaging various stakeholders. This position demands an experienced professional capable of bridging business and technology teams to deliver critical transformation initiatives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and elicitation sessions to gather detailed requirements from all relevant stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation encompassing business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Support the mapping and documentation of business processes alongside ongoing analysis activities.
- Collaborate closely with business subject matter experts, technology teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at transforming financial crime processes and implementing process improvements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on multifaceted transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing stakeholder requirements effectively.
- Skilled in defining business, functional, and technical requirement specifications.
- Background in financial services, banking, or regulated industries is required.
- Experience with financial crime domains such as AML, KYC, or customer due diligence is strongly preferred.
- Ability to facilitate effective collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Excellent communication capabilities with the skill to engage senior-level stakeholders.
