Role Overview
We seek an innovative Senior Brand Designer passionate about crafting and evolving brand identities. You will be instrumental in shaping visual brands from inception to refresh, including packaging, marketing materials, and campaigns, especially within consumer-facing brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continually enhance visual brand identities across multiple brands such as YO!, Panku, Bento, Raku, GLO, and Sushi Circle.
- Design packaging, labels, menus, point-of-sale materials, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
- Create and uphold brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all presentations.
- Support brand launches, rebrands, and refresh initiatives.
- Manage several design projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and commercial teams to interpret and execute briefs.
- Engage with stakeholders by presenting ideas clearly and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Ensure timely and on-brand delivery of all creative projects.
- Coordinate with print and production partners when necessary.
- Provide creative insights and design expertise to the broader business.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in brand or graphic design roles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identities, packaging, and marketing campaign work.
- Experience with consumer-facing brands is essential.
- Exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with packaging and labelling.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and feedback management.

- Full-time role based primarily at headquarters, hybrid schedule with Monday to Thursday onsite and Friday typically remote.
- Salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 per year.
