Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist the Operation Executive in overseeing security operations at multiple sites.
- Coordinate the daily deployment of security personnel to ensure adequate staffing and cover shortages as needed across locations.
- Develop and manage security officers’ work schedules and rostering.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with clients to discuss operations and updates.
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with both security officers and clients.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and supervisory reviews to ensure compliance and operational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge in physical security practices including site supervision, access control, and handling incident responses.
- Strong communication abilities for accurate reporting, effective stakeholder interaction, and coordinating with teams and clients.
- Relevant background in security operations, law enforcement, or risk management is advantageous.
- Willingness and capability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and make critical decisions during emergencies.
- Familiarity with security-related technologies, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting software is preferred.
- Must hold PRD Security Supervisor licenses.
