About the Role
Bloom Charter School in Al Ain is looking for an energetic and committed School Principal to join its charter school community in August 2026. This role sits within a lively learning environment that places strong value on diversity, professional growth, and new ideas. The school encourages ongoing professional development wherever it is relevant and practical.
What the Role Involves
The selected principal will be expected to maintain very high personal and professional standards, and to lead others by example with complete integrity. The position is supported by an effective leadership team, along with teachers, students, and parents who are all focused on achieving excellence.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor’s degree along with a PGCE.
- At least 10 years of post-graduation teaching experience.
- Experience with the American curriculum will be considered an advantage.

Candidates who are currently working in the UK must be able to provide an ACRO check.
