Job Overview
The role of School Engagement Manager involves overseeing the relationship with school clients at the site level to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage client engagement activities and maintain relationship oversight on site.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, facilitating the onboarding process and improving communication channels.
- Detect issues promptly, assist in service recovery efforts, and ensure stakeholders receive timely feedback.
- Support schools in implementing environmental and sustainability programs.
- Coordinate engagement sessions and assist in events connected to facilities management, safety, and sustainability matters.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to carry out routine inspections and checks.
